Meaning, 1 side is made to sleep on, the other looks totally diffrent and is not meant for sleeping on. The big companys have gone this route, some of the smaller companys still make 2 sided mattresses, ones that can be turned, but most people over look the smaller companys' that tend to make excellent mattereses without the big name brand costs.
